Hello my name is Nerea. I am twelve years old.
I come from Spain and I live in Aibar. My birthday is on October 18th
I study in Luis Gil Public School.
My mum's name is Patricia, my dad's name is Antonio and my brother's name is Karlos.
I like Art and Maths, but I don't like P.E. My favourite TV channel is Disney Channel. My favourite football team is Barça.
In my free time I draw and watch TV.
I love animals, but I don't like spiders.
I love spaghetti, oranje juice, jam and jelly.
I have 7 animals.
I play with my dad, mum and sister. I like playing.
When I am older I want to be an arquitect.
My favourite fruit is apple.

HOT TO MAKE "Tasty Toasts"

Ingredients

1½ pounds sweet potatoes
¾ cup chickpeas (also called garbanzo beans), undrained
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Cooking spray

Tools:

Measuring cups/spoons
Knife
Food processor
Large bowl
Sheet pans
Oven/stove

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Steam or boil sweet potatoes until barely tender, approximately 15 minutes. Let cool.
Peel cooled potatoes. Shred them using a grater or food processor.
Puree chickpeas, including liquid, until smooth.
Combine shredded sweet potatoes and chickpeas in a large bowl.
Add oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, and cinnamon. Mix well.
Spray sheet pans with cooking spray.
Scoop heaping tablespoons of the mixture and place 1 inch apart on prepared sheet pans.
Bake in oven for approximately 10-12 minutes, until starting to brown
